The Gables is built along a narrow, boulder strewn ridge shaded by large oaks overlooking a golf course. A very contemporary layout is contained within a highly detailed wood shingle, stone and slate exterior. A range of exterior colors, including purple, define and articulate each facade. Traditional classical elements have been refined and edited to provide the interior with simple yet crisp details. The influx of natural light plays a major role in animating interior spaces. The first floor contains a large integrated living area including a kitchen, informal dining area, family room and screened porch along with a formal living room, dining room and library. The second floor, in addition to a master suite and four additional bedrooms, includes a large recreation room built over the garage.
