Katie Long is an Architect and Director of Marketing at Marcus Gleysteen Architects. With a Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia and a BA in History from Oberlin College, Katie contributes to all project phases while leading the firm’s marketing initiatives.
After beginning at MGa in 2011, she gained architectural experience in upstate New York and Philadelphia before returning in 2020. Katie manages digital communications, creates content that has significantly expanded the firm’s recognition, and brings her architectural expertise to high-end residential projects throughout New England. Her writing has appeared in design publications and academic journals. Katie works remotely from the Connecticut shoreline, where her dual expertise in architecture and communications enhances the firm’s ability to showcase its exceptional residential portfolio.
