Our longstanding clients, having raised four children in the suburbs, wanted to downsize downtown. They discovered a 25-year-old condominium in the heart of Back Bay.
Our brief was to transform the existing space into a crisp and dynamic urban abode to accommodate their evolving needs while welcoming returning children and visiting extended family.
To visually organize open areas, the clean, bright walls are interspersed with darker architectural elements. New trim gives the windows fresh dimensions and proportion. Horizontal wood, dyed and wire-brushed black, adds texture and warmth.
